Summer is slowly seeping into the city, softly saying “hey…. hey…. how y’all doin.” Well let me tell you girl. I’m mad. Energized. Inspired. It is time to start living. Have you too been hiding? Is the constant avalanche of negativity making you sick? ARE THE VIBES PERHAPS A WEE BIT WACK?

My crystal ball says yes.

So what is there to do? Metamorphasize. Get into that cocoon and blast the setting to high OR MORE LIKELY you’ve been in that damn cocoon for a way too long and you’re getting overbaked. Stand the hell up. You’re as ready as you’re ever going to be.

We don’t play games here – take out those shoes that you’re saving for the right event, stop making excuses for hiding your light. Look good, be good, feel good.
